Need a breather for my 1987 7.4L "N", ideas?

I am restoring my 1987 V3500 with 7.4L TBI engine. The breather pipe disintegrated into a pile of plastic. GM discontinued part #14103133. I am keeping this truck stock so I don't want so goofy looking Mr. Gasket breather. I just need ideas to make something that looks decent and fits the grommets and the hose nipple on the Air Cleaner.

The grommet is made to fit a 1/2" tube.

The item I need to replace is #1

I'd bend something out of steel tubing,just like a brake line a fuel line or transmission line. If I didn't think I could do it in steel I'd do it in soft copper,or pex I'd paint it black when done. Push comes to shove you could use a piece of pcv hose the correct length put a spring inside it to keep it from collapsing.. it won't have a nice 90 and 45 but you could make a sweeping C shape you'd still need something,maybe a copper elbow,plastic elbow at the valve cover

I would go to a local pull-a-part and stroll the grounds.
I woyld be looking for a close match in the "correct bends" category.
You might have to trim ends to fit.
It should not be that tough to find a tube with the 2 bends you need.
You might even luck out and find an exact match.

There are no yards where you can pull parts off anymore. Not near me. They are all dismantlers. The strip them and get rid of the carcass.

I probably will do what was suggested. Bend something out of steel. Just was wondering what others have done in this situation.

I have 3 pullapart yards within 45 minutes of me.

I'd also be tempted to use type A pex, poly fittings and crimp clamps your pic looked like 2 90 s would do it. Position the clamps where they look best and some black spray paint wouldn't look too ghetto.

With type b pex it would be copper fittings. I love pex b.

Yea I thought about b,but A has higher heat resistance,better flex,and less likely to kink. I though the poly fittings,crimp clamps and paint could be made to look almost factory.
