my truck wont start now

it sputtered and just died sounds normal when it turns over

Could it be a clogged fuel filter? faulty fuel pump? Distributor? I've had mine turn over but not fire up before and all I needed to do was re-seat the distributor cap.

X2...Sounds like a fuel issue to me. Check to see if the carb is getting any fuel to it.....

Its getting both it just wont start and it is tbi

Well.........I guess I should have paid more attention.... For some reason I was thinking it was carb'd... I'll talk to a buddy of mine to see if he has any idea......

But is it getting ENOUGH fuel. Should be about 14 PSI.

dump some gas in the tbi and see if it starts.

prolly a weak fuel pump check the contol module( see if its sparking)
