i just ordered a set of 44'' super swamper boggers for my 64 chevy mud truck.
got to love a tax return.

it is a 83 blazer chassis with a 64 chevy body on it

soon to get a 500 horse 454 i just decided sence i went with 44'' boggers it needed that motor

it will now get the 454 turbo 400/205 combo out of one of my other trucks

it already has a dana 60 arb locked front and a 14 bolt detroit locked rear

it will be a bad ass mud truck now 3,000 dollars worth of tires

Keep in mind 7.7" in diameter, will only be 3.85" radius. I like that the wheel well openings look like they are made for bigger tires. The biggest problem is the steering angle, you may have to adjust your steering stops to keep the wider tires from rubbing suspension parts.

i placed the order for my tires then went on vacation a cruise around the caribian. and had limited communication with the real world. got back home yesterday night late went to bed.
got up this morning and checked on why my tires are not here like they should of been.
the order got messed up so now i need to reorder them.

i ordered them before vacation so they would be here when i got back but that failed.

That sux man who did you order from, for future reference? Hope you get it straightened out soon. Look at it this way, at least they weren't delivered while you were on vacation and someone stole them! Are you gonna run bead locks?

i should run bead locks i have 16.5 wheels but have not put much thought on that yet. my old tsl's were 16.5 and in the mud i only blew a bead off once. but out wheelin i blew them more than i can remember.

i ordered from 4 wheel parts but it was not really all thier falt is was kinda mine too. i would order from them again. i had my kid and my buddy and three of my nabors watching for them to show up.

got the order right and they are on thier way

I've seen people hack up some old wheels to make their own lock rings. Only thing I dont like is you will have to air up your tires constantly when you run beadlocks. But if I go any bigger than what I'm running now, like 42s and up I'll have 'locks.
