I'm having a hard time finding wheels. Looking for 15 8in wide with a 4.5 bs. Anyone know of any sites that have some?

4.75" of backspace means the tire will be .25" closer to the leaf spring than the 4.5" one you were looking for. (it will move the tire inward)
The offset is a different way to calculate backspacing.

At a certain point it can rub on I think the sway bar... maybe someone will chime in here.

Thought more than 4.85" was the limit. More than this causes rubbing...

Dam hmm ok then so 3.75 would be better for no rubbing?

4 inch is right about stock for a 15 inch wheel. IIRC, much more than that on a 15, you get rubbing on the tie rod.

I'd go with the 4" backspace. I just went out and looked at my truck with the 4.5" backspace, but I have 16" wheels. The tire rod would be very close with a 15" wheel.

What size lift are you putting in? What size tire are you going to be running?

I ran 33 12.50's on stock rally wheels with no problems. I have mounted two sets of Q radial buckshots which are 35.5 inches tall on rally wheels with no problems. The current plan is to run 35 12.50 Cooper Discovery tires mounted on factory rally wheels. I don't think there will be a problem with that combo either.

No I have a 6 inch lift on my truck. My point is those tires will fit on those rims with no problem. I have had a 6 inch lift on my truck for a long time. I also highly recommend getting a raised steering arm also.

I'm pretty sure the van version was only 15x7 instead of 15x8 like the blazers/suburbans/trucks had.
