I have no tail lights or side lights or instrument lights. Signals, four way and brake lights work.
Light switch is good all fuses are good.
Not sure what is wrong?

Presumably if you had none of the above, you'd also have a lack of headlights since I believe all of them are on the same circuit when you pull the handle; is that true as well?

Historically, headlights have been on a priority circuit, independent of the tail lights.

If no tail lights is the only issue, start checking all wire connections and verify there is power at the fuse block where the tail lights/instrument lights fuse goes.

Did you test the fuse with a test light or meter? Fuses can look good and still be burnt out.

Trailer wiring seems to keep popping up as a cause of lighting issues on these trucks, the other most common one seems to be bad grounds.

Then you have an open connection between the fuse block and the headlight switch. Could be the connector on the headlight switch, (easy to check). Or the connection on the back of the fuse block. That wire goes from the fuse block right to the headlight switch. If someone tapped off that wire for something else, that added connection could be bad.
