I have been a Chevy fan since I was a boy. My Uncle bought a 1976 K20 in 1977 to pull his horses. He died about a year later and it went to my Dad. After a few years a rod bearing went. It was left sit under a tree for almost three years. I cleaned it up and eventually rebuilt the engine. The body rotted out terribly sitting under that tree. I started working on it, took it all apart, then women took over my life. It sat in my garage for 23 years. I have a 2001 Silverado that has been a credit to the Chevrolet lineup that I bought new, but the square body Chevy's will always be my favorite.
