Jack Assembly Stowage Diagram

Hello, I have a 1984 Chevy C20 and I just picked up a complete jack assembly it's just that I'm not sure exactly the configuration on top of the fender well. Does anyone possibly have a diagram or photo of that setup they could post? That would be awesome, thanks so much in advance! Graham

This is from my 1985 Suburban owners manual. I would bet it is pretty much same same for an '84 C20. But maybe not...
