That looks like a tweaked NP205 shifter too.

It is an np205 Gear driven, 3/4ton axel swaps as well. So this is a low hump... I think the guy before me did some swaping around. Thanks guys. I sprayed down some raptor bed liner but there is this on spot on the floor the stuff won't stick to so I am going to put some carpet back in it as well. I just ordered the new dash and some new stuff for the interior as well.

Here's how it sits from the outside. I thought for sure this was a 2wd cab but the guy was adamant it was not swapped

You just have to look for a used one. Online classifieds, junkyard, etc.

Two wheel drive and four wheel are very similar for the overall, but the under/in front of seat area is the place that everything is different. I have a two wheel drive cab on my current K model, I tried a number of different humps over the np 205/sm465 to try and get rid of the three inch body lift- all to no avail. Even with new cab mounts I have to use a 1" body lift to get a 1/4" clearance between the t-case and floor. What did I miss? BTW, with no lift kit on it yet I never dropped the back of the t-case.
