Is something going wrong at C J Pony? Anyone having trouble with orders and service with them? I made a $561.00 order with them (a tachometer conversion kit) and the tach and gas gauge were not in the box or in a separate box. I have been trying to contact them for two days and the phone goes straight to no one to help you now. On all 4 numbers that I have for them. Is it just me or are they having some kind of trouble? Are they going out of business?

I finally got customer service after a 35 min wait on hold. The nice lady finally found my order and told me that the missing parts Tach, fuel gauge and wiring harness were on back order, but no one bothered to tell me and it said nothing about some of it being on back order. I still don't have an invoice or packing slip from them.

That sucks, that sounds like LMC the last time I had something backordered from them. I do have to say though, I find it HILARIOUS that CJ got into the GM truck game. I used to be a Mustang guy that ordered from them alot but they don't even come to mind for squarebody parts
