Use dish soap to lubricate the window gasket. Got to be careful, you can break the window installing. One old trick is to wrap a thin rope around the gasket lip and pull it around as you install.

If you need to remove the old window, pull that strip out and run a utility knife blade around that groove to cut the window out.

When i workd for a otr repair outfit we used heavy duty kite string and made two loops around the rubber and just gently pulled it once and made sure it was right then pulled the second just to make sure it was in good.

Take it off and put it in the freezer for a little while, it'll draw up.

Yes!! Put it on the window first! Then set it against the opening and work the inner lip onto the cab lip around the window, this is where the rope trick comes in handy like posted earlier. Be very careful, it is very easy to crack it installing it if you are not experienced!

Look around YouTube for some install vids and look at how it's done before attempting!!
