inner rocker outer floor

I'm a lil confused on these parts anyone shed any light?

My 83 is going to need the inner rockers changed, and cab floor pans as well as maybe the floor support but anyways, looking thru pieces this outer floor piece confuses me isn't it the same as the inner rocker?

are those 2 not the same just one has a bit more on it?

then for floors I was going to get these, and not the ones that have the drop off on the sides which looks to me like it's part of the inner rockers or other panels I need, and these cover more, I've got some spots near the tunnel

Kinda looks like it to me. Redundant parts that is.

my thoughts exactly I was thinking there isn't like 3 to 4 layers there. maybe in front at the kick panel but not along the sides, I was thinking just floor and inner rocker then outer. not like outer floor with a piece going straight down, then the inner rocker on top of it going straight down too, then outer attaches to those. I'm sure I'll know more about it when I start cutting into mine, I hope to tear it all apart sometime soon before winter sits in

The 1st 3 are all the same part. I just did my passenger side today its easy there are a lot of spot welds tho on the outer rocker to inner rocker. Im just gonna connect my inner rocker to my floor pan and weld it all into one piece like factory. Be prepared to remove a lot of adjacent pieces and take measurements before to compare. I found a lot of rust on my firewall and it has me shaking my head and debating next step.

Agreed, first three, all the same, the full floor at the bottom goes on top of the inner rocker. Outer wraps around the whole mess.
