Simple answer. Made in a country with zero respect for quality control. I know everyone has or had one. Spend some time on Google searching for sun pro failure, problems and issues. Check out any American Made product they Will last for ever.

They should sell "dielectric grease" in much bigger quantities. The little tubes SUCK!
Its only fancy Vaseline though, and that **** comes in a TUB! I need a lot!
I know it's stupid but like I said, this thread is retarded.

It should be thermal compound for heat transfer, dialectic grease can be used in the connectors to help weatherproof and on the battery terminals.

Dielectric grease works to a degree but the bad part is it liquefies under heat and becomes useless, thermal grease doesn't..

You'll get a tube of the white heat sink stuff whenever your Delco module comes in.

Like one cylinder is firing I can get it to start after a few tries and giving it gas..all distributer parts are new top to bottom even recent put another ignition coil in got the wires off valve covers have them ran nicely not touching echother..could it be a timing issue??? Fuel?? It's a brand new holly... Any more ideas??could oil be leaking into the cylinders causing it not to fire up?? Trying to figure it out its my Dailey driver (have a fresh 350 going inn but it's not done yet)

Have you tried running power straight from the battery?

You'll run power from the positive terminal at the battery straight to the distributor at the 12v tap front right next to the tachometer tap. Then turn the key if it fires up you'll need to disconnect this temp run to shut the engine off if it runs.
