OK, my 77 K10 has a 1978 cab on it and I THINK the previous owner cobbled together the AC lines and wiring under the hood, either that, or maybe it's earlier 1st design? Don't know but, I'm going to replace everything under the hood with Old Air products, condenser, evaporator, compressor etc.. If I go with a new 2nd design evaporator and new 2nd design wiring harness, will it plug into my existing switches inside the cab? In other words, are 1st design and 2nd design wiring harness the same behind the dash? Just different under the hood?
