I bought a compressor kit off RockAuto for a couple hundred bucks I think or maybe less. Came with the compressor, orings, oil, drier, orifice tube, etc. I also bought a new evaporator, flushed the condenser and lines real good. Don’t forget to get behind the glovebox take that little cover off and replace the vent door plastic clip with a metal one. Been loving life this summer driving around with cold AC

It starts with listing what you still have so we can actually figure out what you're missing.
Personally I normally recommend to replace the evaporator, compressor, receiver/drier, condenser and orifice tube (seeing as your burb probably has rear AC too, you may want to replace the expansion valve as well) when doing an R134a retrofit and make sure that the correct amount of oil is in the compressor for the refrigerant (either PAG or preferably PAO) before installing. I'd personally also flush any hoses, pipes and components that I am not replacing and put a new belt on it. If the receiver/drier has been tossed out, don't forget to get the low and high pressure switches.
