How does guage cluster ground?

Just working on the guage cluster. nothing but issues. I was riding the other day and without headlight switch all guage lights came on. Right signal comes on when left signal applied. when right signal applied gas guage bounces. Gas gauge isnt working.. etc. What grounds the guage cluster.. anyone have schematics

ok so update.. When checking guage cluster for power.. i pulled all guages out. The back lights were so dim! I inturn used a test light and as soon as I touched power ... the light got brighter. But the bulb itself seems to be kinda loose. I then used a multimeter and it has 7.4 volts continuous..

Most of the time there is a grounding block located right above the emergency brake assembly. Remove the cluster and look to your left. You should have a wire coming out of the cluster harness to ground. Here is what I got for cluster wiring.

-1 LT GREEN (HI BEAM)
-2 GRAY (ILLUMINATION)
-3 BLACK (GROUND)
-4 PINK/BLACK
-5 PINK/BLACK (IGNITION)
-6 ***BLANK SPOT IN CLUSTER***
-7 PINK (FUEL)
-8 DARK GREEN (TEMP)
-9 BLACK (GROUND)
-10 LIGHT BLUE (LEFT)
-11 DARK BLUE (RIGHT)
-12 PINK (IGNITION)
-13 TAN/WHITE (BRAKE)
