Hey, y'all. Got an interesting fuel guage issue. Went through the usual...Ground check and grounding witre out from sender. 85 Chevy K10. Factory dummy light cluster, I got 5 volts to the left terminal until I put the guage in. Drops to .60. I got .5 on the bottom terminal until fuel guage is in, then nothing. I got 0 on the right terminal. Now I got another guage and reads the same in the factory cluster. If I put the guage cluster in from the other guage, Both guages if inserted will go to full if grounded. But, it will not register the fuel correctly and this is a budget build for a customer so not trying to swap the clusters. This one has me confused. Circuit board does not look messed up. Ground is attached. New wire to sender. Sender is a Holley Classic Fuel injection Pump and sender set up.

Is it the correct ohm fuel level sender? There's multiple options
0-30
0-90
33-240
That's where I'd start?
