With all of the new parts I am guessing that you have tried swapping tires front to back to make sure its not an unbalanced wheel or some other tire issue??

Its doing this all the time or comes and goes? only at a certain speed?

This might be stupid but im not familiar with ifs are your rotors held on from behind the hubs or do they slide on over it. I had same problem and i had rotors turned on the hubs to make them true and it worked out well took the wobble out of it. And thats after replacing all the parts to.
