Well good news. Was replacing the valve cover gasket and was wondering why i couldn't find the right one. So I called the parts store and asked if they had a gasket for the 4.8L 292, sure enough 3 bolts on the right 4 bolts on the left. Double checked the motor mounts and the covers on the side as well Free motor upgrade to the 292 
I have a strong feeling there is a turbo in the distant future.
