Assuming the front springs i got are 4". To avoid using blocks in the back, how much height would a shackle flip give me? Also ill get a picture of the spring packs, and mabey someone on here can chime in. The stickers on them are to worn to see a #.

Shackle flip is worth 4 inches. If you use longer shackles you can gain 1 inch for every 2 inches of length. So if you buy shackls that are 4 inches longer when you do the shackle flip you only gain 2 more inches.

yes but you gotta be careful of going to long because they will compress the wrong way when you flex the spring.

Also longer shackles in the front hurt your driveshaft and pinion angles.

Whats your goal for the truck? If you have 2" up front, ORD makes a 2.5" shackle flip. You could go that route and maybe an ez inch block or ORD zero rate add-a-leaf block to level it out. Personally I like the low lift option to the suspension working like it should. Hope that helps!

Keep in mind that if you buy 4" lift springs for the front it MIGHT lift the truck more than that. Depends on how much your old springs settled.
I bought 2" springs for the front of mine and they lifted the front 3.5".

So if you get 4" springs for the front you might end up needing to do a shackle lift plus maybe the zero rate block for the rear to be level... or else it might look like the rear end is squatting.

Im wanting to do a 4" lift minimum if i lift it, but i also dont want to high like an 8", cause its just impractical on the street.

But i bought most of a kit from a freind for 50$, and it has the stickers still on it, but they are weathered to much. And this kit is practiacally brand new. The only thing is, I dont know how tall they really are.

Hmm, could be 4 or 6. I'm leaning more towards 4, but it's hard to say without weight on them.
