Anyone use the headliner fabric in the back wall?
I have sound deadened back there and want to install my subs/ amps here this week and hate waiting for stuff to ship
Would the headliner material be a good substitute for Carpet on the back wall?

I would think no simply because it isn’t as resilient. It has to be backed and adhered, and if water gets on it... Carpet, at least to me, is an easier material to work with and can handle more punishment.
