Personal preference really but I know that Hedman and Sanderson both make headers specifically for square body 4wd's w/ big blocks. I have used both with no mods.

Whatever you choose, unless you get shorties, you will need to upgrade to a 3 wire heated o2 sensor from a 93-95 and it needs to read only from the drivers side cylinders.

are you keeping it tbi?

basically headers need to match the vehicle the motor is in, and the block size, as in if it's big block 73-87 or small block, then if you keep tbi you need an o2 sensor in the headers, if not then basically bolt on and go.
