Head Swap? 250ci 6

I have the intergrated head that has the intake manifold permanently attached to the head. Can I just swap it out to a normal head so I can make things look a little better in there and get a plain valve cover without the ugly humps etc??

Yep, you can make the swap. I'm not sure what all is involved, but I believe it is fairly straight forward. You may want to do a little digging around, or hopefully someone here knows the details.
