Welcome. Few upgrades you may want to do depending on priorities:

-Jeep intermediate shaft (eliminates rag joint, can be done for the price of a rag joint rebuild kit ...$15 at pic n pull)

-Auto-dim rear-view mirror (ebay ~$60)

-keyfob locks (amazon for ~$20)

-Dim headlight fix - direct battery power (make your own harness or buy one ~$40 total)

I'm sure I'm forgetting a few that I've done to mine.
