Hello everyone. I have a question regarding the trim around the grill on my 84 and how it is secured. I have 2 left side pieces that go around the headlight, and 1right side but the have 2 different mounts. One has the threaded post and the other has a "T" shaped stud. I've enclosed pics of both of someone could help me determine which is the right ones. My straight pieces have the plastic slide in types but a couple are broken so looking at the metal style. Thanks for everyone's help with all my questions etc. it's greatly appreciated

I do not know which is correct for your 84. My 87 had the plastic clips and I wound up scouring the pick and pulls to get some that were useable. They were unobtanium when I did mine.
