Going into gear rough 700r4

Alright guys truck just started doing this a few days ago and is getting worse. When i go from park to reverse or park to drive the truck jumps into the gear like its revved up.Its fine when coming out of reverse or drive just going into them. Any suggestions? Also I tried idling it down a little on the throttle body and this didnt help . It didnt really idle down much either when I turned the screw so I set it back where it was.

There's really not much need to adjust the idle screw on an FI motor. Your IAC valve could be sticking open too far, or possibly the throttle shaft has play in it (causing a vacuum leak and/or butterflies that don't close all the way). Or the TBI mounting gasket could have failed too.

Is the engine idling high?

Or your line pressure could have jumped for some reason....

Engine seems to be idling a little high. It has a new throttle position sensor according to the previous owner.

Check your mount to see if it was broke?
