I did the tank relocation with new straps. I formed them a bit before I put them on, but I'm sure there was some excess length under the tank. How tight do they need to be? I've got a feeling I've got them too tight. I tightened until all slack "hanging" under the tank was gone.....left my finger on the gap until it was almost gone.
