I'll be putting a Demon 625 on my 350 this weekend. I've got a Mr. Gasket regulator with a return line. I've got 2 hoses coming off the fuel pump and one stainless line (3 total lines). I'm assuming the return line is the smaller.

Do you think it would be fine to hook up the reg. return line into the fuel pump return line using a T?

I did read that someone often caps off the return line on the fuel pump with no issues. If I did this, I could use that line for a dedicated return for the regulator.

Thanks In Advance

The larger one should be the supply and the smaller one the return. Then you should have another steel/stainless line that goes over to the drivers side and this was used to vent to the charcoal canister.

Your tank/s need to be vented somehow. Im sure if you go down to your local speed shop you will be able to devise a way of plumbing into your return line. It just boils down to how much and how fancy looking you want it to be.

A return line will tend to keep the fuel cooler than if you plumb it with out one

Thanks Mad. Shew I just bought a bunch of fittings and hose. Man alive, more expensive than the 90's when I last did something like this.

I guess the temp would be lower due to the constant flow of the fuel compared to just sitting at the regulator waiting to be used.
