You can adjust your steering box to be a little looser, its hard to imagine its that tight though.

Just back this shaft off a tiny bit and it will loosen everything.

I would take it back, if they dont use computer alignment I'd say they ****** something up.

If you've adjusted the gear box shaft at all than redo that. If you haven't touched any of that adjustment than I would take it back.
