Front bumper and grill 82 model

82 c10 had no bumper when Son bought it. We think it would originally have turn signals in bumper, but he wants them behind the grill with a smooth bumper. Will a bumper from an 83 or newer fit the 82? Will a grill with the turn signals behind it from 83 and up fit an 82? I’m just assuming that his turn signal wiring and bulb would fit in that behind the grill housing. It is long enough to reach. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I seem to remember that the lower filler panel is different, I just don't remember HOW different. I think it was minor and easy to overcome.
