I have an 89 Blazer, and it seems that the front axle is migrating to the right. I will try and get some pictures, but the right front wheel and tire appears to be out further then the left front which is almost the same as the left rear!!! I am about to go to a 14 bolt sf in the rear and I will be putting a dana 44 up front as I already have it and it matches the 14 bolt that I'm going to put in the rear. Any how just wondering if anyone else has had this before? I know that others in my area have because I see it alot now that I have been looking for it, but never get the chance to talk to folks about it. Thanks.

Don't go off the body lines, measure from the frame to the inside of the wheels.

Bodiess can shift . Start there

If hes looking down the side of the truck and the right side is sticking out father then the left then its not the fact that the front axle is wider it could be the fact the the leaf spring bushing are wore out allowing it to shift. Another thing it could be but doubt it is are all the wheels the same width.

spring bushings
shackle bushings
center pin(s)
body bushings (if worn, these may allow the body to shift)
bent frame

Had a similar looking issue and it turned out to be the radiator support mounts were worn out and let the whole front end shift to the left 2-3".
