How easy is a front fender well to replace? Mine has a hole about the size of a softball in it and I'd like to swap it for one that is in a bit better shape from the pull apart this weekend if its not too big of a project. Any thoughts?

New repo's are only 35-40 bux. I have never had any luck removing a inner fender, but PA is a rusty.

It's easy as long as the bolts come out. Around here, the blind nuts like to break and then the bolt just spins.
