Omg, love the center counsel (sp?), like a Monte Carlo, chevelle etc
Yes, MC, Malibu, possibly Camaro, but I know the A and G body Chevys had it as an option. One of the mods on gmt400.com has a '97 ex cab short bed with Tahoe buckets, a NBS console between the seats, and a homebuilt front console with one of those shifters in it.

I like it. Looks real good in that black truck. I'd drive it. I'm not always a big fan of restro mods, but understand. I think if I had a 50's series truck that would make sense along with other mods to make it drivable. Also part of the many reasons ($$$$) I told my daughter I wouldn't be up to something like that, Lol.

My Dad spelled it that way too....of course we never had one but I had friends that did.
My spelling sucks. Always looking stuff up. For others with the challenge, it has nothing to due with intelligence. :) My Dad would do crosswords. He still mispronounces Omnipotent. After spending most of your life doing that, you have to give em one.

The 71 Camaro we drove down had one just like that.

Well Vic did ok on the Camaro, $31,000, of which $2800~ goes to BJ. It was a fun trip, and I did get to ride in Dodges on a little drifting track. Overall had a good time and got to meet up with my Niece which was super. I was pleasantly surprised by everyone's attitude, very upbeat, staff was very friendly, and the people in general were just great. For around $28 bucks you can get in and see the whole show, and it would take all day to do it. I learned a lot, and am grateful for the experience. Lots of eye candy girls that were spilling out everywhere, which made me really appreciate my good girl. Scottsdale is booming, Cali people moving in.

Vic had a 10 disc changer in the car, 50's-70's music, and asked me if I wanted to here them, so great. Never heard one song the whole trip, as we were turning 4000-4500 RPM the whole way and it was loud. 1305 miles in 21 hours. Car ran great.
