I have 3 of those and they work on the Chevy motors. They do sag a bit with a SBC though. I bought a stronger stand from Jegs to use on the heavier big blocks.

What's the brand name of the one from jegs.

I looked at the 1000lb one but kinda turned my nose at it after reading the reviews.

If you notice, the only difference in the 750lb and 1000lb units, the 1000lb has 2 front wheels instead of 1, and a bit larger gusset at the vertical joint. That looks to be the only difference. But that 2000lb unit looks very stout.
