https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1234683/comments I found a place that will sell these pieces.I ordered 1 but it doesn't work as well as it should.A few modifications would make it awesome , but I do not know how to 3d print much less know how to modify the program for the improvements. For anyone that wants to know I used a hole saw and cut a hole in the bottom of a gutted dewalt 18v battery then wired the ryobi battery holder in. The problem is the top plate is too thin to use countersunk screws to hold the holder to battery. The battery clips recommended are junk I used the battery contacts out of a junk chineseium drill I had laying around. Now,the big question. Why? Because I had 1 ryobi 18v tool A whole dewalt 18v kit some rigid, some B&D a goodwrench impact, some chineseium.Ryobi has a deal going on 2 18v batteries a lithium ion charger and a coupon good for 1 free 18v ryobi tool for 75 bucks.Ryobi did the work to engineer a 18v lithium ion battery that plugs right into their older tools so I'm going to run everything I own on 18v ryobi batteries.I tried this before with a different brand but the batteries don't have a BMS which obviously the ryobi do. It added 1.75 inches to the end of the dewalt battery, NBD. Anyone know how to modify and print these?And in the FWIW department the Ryobi batteries pop right in the chineseium tools and work, they don't fit snug but they latch and get the job done, perfect for taking to the junkyard.Or loaning to a friend.
