Does 1984 K5 have an oxygen sensor?

Does my 1984 305 have an oxygen sensor? If so, where is it located?

Pretty sure it does not. If it does it would be in the exhaust pipe probly on the driver side not to far down stream from the manifold. I could be wrong though. @HotRodPC may be able to help better.

If it has the crappy computer controlled q-jet it'll have an oxygen sensor in one of the exhaust manifolds.

Open the rear slider, that's my oxygen sensor...

Thanks for your help..I think you are correct. No computer control=no oxygen sensor

I think they started in 85 but it may also coincide with just the TBI units. Not 100 % sure on that though.
