Differences in a dually?

I'm toying with an idea of making my K30 a dually. Is there any difference in a dually's 14 bolt FF rear end and my single wheel 14 bolt FF? As well what would the difference be with the Dana 60 Kingpin up front. And did the dually come with a rear sway bar?

Everything in this post pertains to pick up duallys, not cab & chassis duallys.

A 2wd dually would have a rear sway bar.

A square body dually would have a d70hd rear axle which is about 5" wider than an srw 14 bolt.

A 91-ish or newer new body style dually had a wide 14 bolt.

The dually d60 front uses different bearing hub/rotors with the stud flange further out to match the rear track width. Srw and drw hub/rotors are interchangeable on GM axles. All other parts (locking hubs, bearings, calipers, etc) are the same.

I might be John. I guess it would depend on shipping. And thanks for the info John. I've been toying with making mine a dually as of late because I want to make it a dedicated tower/hauler truck.
