Hello all been lurking for awhile but finally made a profile, anyways when driving after sitting fora bit my drivers front wheel makes a noise like a card in the spoke of a bike wheel then a loud bang noise you can feel in the whole truck, some times just once sometimes 3 or 4 times then it goes away... Any ideas ? Thank you! It's 86 k10 6 lug stock gears on 33s

Any chance you still have auto locking hubs? Look at whatever locking hub you have to see if they are partially or trying to engage.

Also inspect the wheel bearings and axle joint.

I'm guessing yes on the auto locking hubs because I can't turn them on and off like my other truck, how could I tell if they are trying to engage?

That or wheel bearing. Also, I had a similar sound that ended up being power steering pump. But generally, it's the wheel bearing needing grease or replaced.
