Change input shaft NP208

Who here has swapped out an input shaft on a NP208? Putting in an 80e and need to swap out my 27 for a 32.

How difficult is this? Never done any tcase work at all

I have the same question, I broke my tcase on my Muncie 4 speed and bought on off a 700r4. sounds like itll be easier to just buy another one if I can find one off a muncie
