A situation like that the one sticking out I'd try some heat,if you have access to a mig I'd slide a big washer down and mig it to the stud, then try wiggling it back and forth with vice grips, see if it will start and back out. No? Slide a big nut down and mig it to the washer and the stud, see if you can get that to wiggle and move. The mig is your heat. On the other one find your original bolt size, get a tap that size,a fresh drill bit for the tap, drill size is usually on the side of the tap,if not I have a chart. Anyway fresh new pilot bit, center punch, the broken bolt, drill a pilot hole, next drill for the tap, next tap the hole. Resist the urge to use an ez out. Something as stuck as what you are dealing with, you will probably break the EZ out off, then your in an even bigger mess.

Have dealt with this issue before. Drill it out. If stuck enough to break off doubt it will ever move with an easy out, plus as said break one of those it compounds the repair.

Just be sure and drill in the center. Get new or very sharp bits. Take your time.

I would drill the bolt and use heat in the form of a welder to help extract it. The cage nut will probably spin internally if you do a bunch of twisting on it. I have had to use a hole saw on the front and slice the floors on the rear to gain access to the cage nut when dealing with these pesky cab bolts. Good luck!

Same thing happened with my '87. ONE out of the four cab bolts came out, the rest broke. Ended up doing the hole saw/drill out situation. Not fun for sure, but it works. Even though I hate to, I'm just through-bolting mine for now. I found some cool little furniture caps that snap right into the holes to cover them up so I have access when I go to transplant this cab and box onto my new frame.
