Hi there,
Quite new in this interesting Forum.
Bought an GMX Suburban MY87 and looking for all information about my new oldie.
I know this car were delivered to Canada in 86 and back to the States in 87.
Ist there any possibility to find out the build date or month? I've tried several vin decoder ;-( but there is no production date only MY.
Could anybody help?

Your Suburban should have a build tag on the inside of the glove box door if it has survived through the years.

You should be able to get the build information from GM of Canada.

That will include all RPO content and build timing for your specific truck.

If you prefer, you should also be able to get build content and pricing through the GM Heritage Center:

Sometimes I can run a VIN through Compnine if it was sold in Canada and get a build date.
