Broken valve guide boss/pillar

I know I’m going to need to get some machine shop work done on these heads I just snagged, but can they repair this valve guide boss/pillar that broke off? Or is there a way I could use a different seal for just this one valve?

BBC valve guides are press in. You can actually press them out and install new ones with an air hammer and special attachment. Then they get honed to the correct final size.

It looks like it's part of the cast iron structure itself. I know the valve guides themselves are pressed in, but that extrusion that the valve seal slips over is broken off and that's what I'm worried about

The part that the valve seal slips over is the valve guide.
