Anyone running Biodiesel in their 6.2L? Any problems with doing this?

From what I hear in thatbcommunity, all you neednto do is changenfilters,mandnaddna tank heater, and a fuel rail heating coil on the fuel rails up on the engine, and your good to go. An air intake coil similar to the ones found on the UD/Nissan 426 diesels also helps. It can just sit in the air cleaner.

Are you talkin about veg oil (WVO) or actual bio diesel where you make diesel from veg oil. bio diesel burns just like regular diesel and dose not take anything special. running WVO takes a two tank system and has to be heated to at least 160 F for it to have the viscosity of diesel then it has to be kept warm untill it gets into the engine.

No, just regular biodiesel... I heard since biodiesel is more corrosive of a solvent, it can eat away at unprotected rubber( such as that found in lift pump, inj pump etc)

Biodiesel is not a corrosive element. It's molecular structure is very similar to soap and will clean off the built up petroleum residue. The only thing to remember when using biodiesel in vehicles manufactured before 94 is that the fuel lines "should" be replaced. The older lines will deteriorate due to the rubbers incompatibility with biodiesel.
Also, the fuel filter will need to be changed every two weeks or so, depending on how much fuel you burn through
