Anyone know what this in dash harness and bulb is ?

Happy 4th !

Trying to get some freedom today from non working cluster lights.:D

This is on a 1980 4wd suburban.

This was plugged in to the high beam bulb socket on the cluster - NOT correct.

Put in a bulb and socket - high beam indicator works now.

I can only guess this is for the 4wd indicator, but that is a guess.

The pink and white harness in the pic below.

Actually, it kind of looks like the leads are a WHT & PNK/BLK tracer. If so, then I agree - it's a pretty safe bet that the lamp would be for 4WD indication.
