I looked under the dash of my 1990 but couldn't find a connection like that. Have you tried to find out what doesn't work?

It’s looking like it wires into the wiper control on the steering column. This on my 86 k10 and it appears to have a newer style wiper control.

Will disconnecting any of that cause issues other than cruiser control not working?
