I'm an electronic technician and have spent most of my time there in final test working on the equipment before it ships out. To keep things different from time to time I do travel with customer service to do the installs. Been quite a few places in the US along with trips to Germany, Austria, Philippines, and China. And also the place has went thru at least 9 different generations of semiconductor equipment. The latest generation just came out a few months ago.

What are your plans for your Suburban? Anything big?

I'm thinking of putting fuel injection on mine and then probably redoing the rear suspension.

Thinking about a 6" lift with 35's then re-gearing or rebuilding 3/4tons to throw under it. Then fab up a roof rack and a winch bumper.

Also going to replace the dead ass carpets in the back and on the backs of the back seat with some cushiony rubber mat material I saw in merdocks.

This thing is really my daily driver / hunting rig / zombie apocalypse rig.

My old blue truck doesn't look like much- but almost everything below the beat up body is new. That way I don't worry about body damage driving back in the woods.
I used to hunt as a kid, but haven't really done much for a variety of reasons the last 20 years. I bought a new rifle about a year and a half ago with every intention of going out, but work sent me to California for 8 months and I missed the season.
Yeah, we'll definitely have to meet up sometime. I'm in Spokane this weekend, but we'll figure out a time that works for both of us.

So far I have made my brackets for the turn signals and the frame for the new grill.

just waiting till Monday to go to the local steal shop and get the mesh to go in the frame
