Took a video zooming in to give context, but I guess can't upload videos. Anyway was looking to replace the accelerator pump in the carb then noticed this was disconnected.

Probably that vacuum port. Just a guess.
You must be registered for see images attach

If it was me, I'd buy a roll of vac line and replace all/most of it looks pretty dry rotted.

I purchased a carb rebuild kit, but this sounds a lot easier. Would it be 8mm like all of the other lines?

That I couldn't tell you find the other end pull it and take it with you to the parts store.

Looks like that split hose goes on that vacuum tree 3 inches below it.

Wires and hoses seem to have "memory" to them. If not disturbed too much, it should be pointing at where it came from. See above posts.
