That's a good picture. You take that linkage thingy out then you can move the gear selector by hand I must not understand what the problem is. Are you saying the gear selector inside the truck doesn't match the selector at the transmission or is some electrical issue? You can change the gears with the truck off or is it binding?

Not sure what electrical would be but inside I can change gears as indicated but none are engaging I guess would explain better, you know when you put it in gear you feel it go in gear and hear it, but nothing is happening. Tomorrow I’ll do underneath to see about any linkage problem
