Aligning Doors

I hung my doors on the cab of my truck to check alignment and it is way off, the cab is off truck and primed also. The doors are off different trucks, can I align doors without the rubber seal and door latch not installed to get it close enough before painting. I think I might have bend one door at bottom

Yes you can to all of the above. Good time to replace hinge pins and bushings too.
