Can these just be filled like air shocks?

Yes each line has a shrader (sp?) valve So you can fill each bag independently to balance the load/level the truck. Air lift also has a compressor system if you wanted on board air.

I got an on board electric compressor with 90 lb pressure shut off switch. Dash mounted sided to side inflate controls with dual gauges, Tubing and fittings. Even a self leveling valve off a Peterbuilt tractor waiting for a set of bags like that. They are the missing piece in my puzzle. I'd grab them up if I could. I even got a lanyard valve and set of Peterbuilt horns sittin in the same bin. Some day...

300 a week to the ex for starters. Are they for 4wd or 2wd? I tried to google that part number and nothing comes up.

Ouch! Here's a link to the kit, I got the part number wrong in the title...

http://shop.airliftcompany.com/product/0/59501/_/RideControl;_Leaf_Spring_Leveling_Kit

I don't think 2/4wd matters it just says you need 6" between the tire and the frame. On 73-87 the upper bracket needs to be flipped from the way I have it pictured above according to the instructions...

I wouldn't be opposed to trading for a nice set of air horns an a valve....

Here they are, set of Hadley square belled air horns with caps off a Peterbult. These were from one of our trucks that laid over on the highway about 10 years ago. The mounting tabs in the back snapped off so I made new base plates out of aluminum. Other than that these are in very nice condition. The lanyard valve is very old but still works. You can drill out the rivet holding that eyelet to attach a new cable.

Re: Air lift helper kit #51501

Im not really concerned with looks as long as they work. They will probably wind up mounted under the hood or under/in the bed.

Can those fittings be removed an replaced with ptc style fittings or are those compression fittings reusable?

Yah the nipples will thread out, they are regular NPT threaded compression fittings. They are what is holding those base plates on.
