I just posted this in your other thread since I saw it first... But here it is again...
I replaced the one on mine almost a year and a half ago now... Mine's a tailgate one but should be similar....

You'll have to either jack the body up a few inches or do like I did (since I had to replace that panel anyway) and cut out a rear quarter panel....
